Happy Easter...

Just a very quick post to wish all my followers a very Happy Easter. We have a lovely sunny morning although very cold. Off to see Mum and Dad later this morning so looking forward to spending time with them.

Here is a card I made yesterday........another shadow box card.  If you check yesterdays card you wil see the link back to Kerry at A Load of Old Pickle where she made one and inspired me to have a go. Needless to say I am now hooked on the design.

Many Ways to Say Thank You

Good evening to you all...... How is your Easter weekend so far?  We have had sunshine, clouds and snow!!!  Thankfully the snow didn't stay around and was just a few flakes.

I have fallen in love with diaroma/shadow box cards... I saw one on Kerry's - A Load of Old Pickle blog the other day and decided to have a go.  I have made 5 now!!!! Hope you don't get fed up of them.

So I have used the cute Newtons - Law bear image which is a free colouring page

Ladybug Crafts Ink New Release - Billie Bear

I have exciting news of a new release at Ladybug Crafts Ink.......

As you all know I love Teddy Bears and so this new release made me a happy teddy!!

There are 15 images and the DT have all been sent a image so we haven't seen the whole collection either, even though some have tried to get the information out of head Ladybug Kerry :)

9 Months to Christmas Blog Hop for fun

If you say it quick then 9 months is still ages away!!!! lol...... I am hoping to be so organised with all these Christmas Cards!

So its time for our blog hop for fun and this month the theme is

Now this is not a colour that I use very often so this was certainly a challenge for me........

My first card is using a High Hopes Rubber Stamp called Havin a Ball Snowy....this is only the second time that I have coloured this image but I think he needs to see daylight more often....

Take it Easy.......

Well the weather has done it again here in the UK and caused total chaos for parts of the country.  Lots of snow and bitterly cold temperatures for most of us feels like we should be about to have Christmas holidays not Easter!   Hope you are all managing to keep safe and warm.    
It's going to be a day indoors for me today.......Mike and I should have been going down to Surrey to catch up with my Bestest friend Robyn and her husband Peter but due to the weather we have postponed it......very sad face but we still have it to look forward to :)  It has snowed over night here and is still snowing now so I think we made the right decision.

I thought I would share this card that I made the other week using a cute image from Sassy Cheryl's called Have you Heard  The cute lil girl is called Sally so just had to have her!!

Bear of All Trades

Bees with Cupcake

I managed to spend quite a lot of the weekend in my craft room and have been busy colouring and sticking :)

This is another of the Wild Rose Studio images called Bees with Cupcake.

The image is coloured with Polychromos.
The icing on the cupcake looks good enough to eat in real life, I have added glossy accents along with liquid pearls in blue, green, pink and yellow which look like hundreds and thousands!!

Midway reminder at Ready Teddy Go

How are you all doing today?   I have a day pretty much to myself as Mike is out......so guess what I will be doing...maybe a little colouring in.....possibly making a mess with paper and glue :)

Ladybug Crafts Ink - Spring

Hello to you all, two weeks have passed by so fast again....... so that means its time for another new challenge at Ladybug Crafts Ink and for this fortnight the lovely Susan is hosting the challenge and the theme is SPRING.   It can be a Spring themed image, colours etc......

So for the challenge I have used one of the Floral Delight Too images called Coffee Delight and you can purchase the image for £1.75

The image s coloured with Polychromo pencils blended with Sansador.
I have used Kraft cardstock from Papermania and patterned paper is from My Minds Eye.
The lace can also be found over in the shop at Ladybug Crafts Ink for £1.50 a yard.

Free Stamp - Somebunny...

As you all know I love all things cute and the free stamps with Quick Cards made Easy just caught my eye last week.....a very cute girl and boy Somebunny Loves You clear stamp set. Here is the boy and I have yet to colour the sweet little girl.

I loved colouring him and watching him come to life ;)

I used my Polychromos ----- I dont think I told you that Mike treated me the other week to the full set of 120 ... so no excused now I guess.

Happy Birthday Mum!

Just wanted to share the card I made for my Mum's Birthday today...... A very Happy Birthday if you are reading this.......

It had to be the super cute Fizzy Moon.... we both have a soft spot for bears :)
