I have a great Image that I have combined with the sketch.
Background Papers - Coredinations & Some from stash
Image - Penny Balck Rubber Stamp - coloured with Copics and added a touch of glitter (one of my favourite things)
Ribbon - Dove craft - Happy Birthday Orange Ribbon.
