Polka Dots....

Cupcake Craft Room has a new challenge for July and they want to see your cards using Polka Dots.
So I have used two design papers with Polka Dots, the white background one is from Forever Friends and the red one is My Minds Eye.  I also used some Polka Dot Ribbon from Papermania.
The Flower is made using Marianne Die with a pearl in the centre and some Stickles
Sentiment is from Craftwork Cards
The image is Penny Black Poppy Fields coloured with Prisma Pencils and blended with Sansador
