Happy Monday everyone.....not so happy for me as its my first day back at work after 2 weeks holiday!
Can you believe Christmas is only 6 months away!
Are you more organised this year with your Christmas cards?
So this is the second month that I am joining in the For fun Blog Hop that Shari from Sharis Pink Palace has organised. It is just for fun and we each need to showcase 2 cards, one using a colouring medium and the other one using die cuts.
As it is only 6 months away to the big day some of us are offering a little candy to get you in the spirit of things. All you need to do for my candy is leave me a comment before Friday 29th June and I will announce the winner on Saturday 30th June.
Here is mine
- Pack of Studio G Christmas Rub ons
- Hero Arts Little Clings Stamp - Snowflakes
- Scalloped Embossed frames from Craftwork Cards
- Red and Blue Satin Ribbon from Meiflower
- 1 pack Red Dew Drops
Now onto my cards
First up using Pencils as the colouring medium.....
The image is called Winter Bear and is from Torico at Birdie Brown
The background is embossed using an embossing folder from Peter Rabbit....Crafters Companion.
Sentiment - Rub on
Twine from stash.
My second card is using nesties and Marianne Creatable Snowflake die. Yet again another clean and simple layout.
I just added twine and a computer generated sentiment.
So if you want to join in our mini hop here is the list of blogs to visit and hope you find some inspiration to help with your Christmas Creations. Don't forget to leave me a comment to be in with a chance to win some candy.
