Here is my card, using a cute Warren image from Craftwork Cards.  I have added lots of glitter and liquid pearls.

The paper was scraps from my stash and the sentiment was a rub on.

A bit of news on the house, we have accepted another from a couple who are first time buyers.  They are really excited and it all feels more positive than the last lady who then pulled out.

If I am gone for a while you know I am packing boxes and will see you in a while :)
