Make a Splash!!

"Make a Splash!" is the challenge chosen by the lovely super talented Mary J over at Pollycraft this week and I thought I would join in.
So for my card I have used a gorgeous Molly Bloom stamp coloured with Prisma Pencils.
The rain coat has been paper pieced using paper from October Afternoon.  The buttons have been made with Liquid Pearls as have the spots on the wellingtons.
On the red paper I have created a grid line using my Hougie Board.
The ribbon is from my stash and the charm from my bestest friend Robyn.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Can't Believe It........

Really can't believe that I have just seen one of my cards in the 3rd edition of Simply Homemade magazine!
I made a card for my Mum with the Molly Bloom Stamp set that was the free gift with the first edition of the magazine. I really liked the way the card turned out so decided to email it to the magazine.  I had not really given it another thought and then saw the magazine this morning and decided that the free NitWit collection paper and the buttons will always come in handy.   I have just had a quick flick through the magazine and there on  page 10 is my card!!!!!

And here is the card again!!

Thanks for stopping by, off to make a cup of tea and look at the rest of the magazine.

Have a lovely afternoon.
See you all later with a new card hopefully.

Monochrome

How is your Sunday going.......I have been busy in the kitchen preparing meals for later in the week as I have started back on the healthy eating :) and I know if I am not organised it will just go out the window.

Here is a card that I made using another of the Molly Bloom stamps that I bought the other day. This one is Rainy Day George.
I have done a monochrome card in blue s which I am entering into the Totally Ladybug Tuesday Challenge.

Coloured with Promarkers
Paper - from stash
Eyelets - We R Memory Keepers
Sentiment - Forever Friends Black and Gold Clear Stamp Collection ( a little ironic for the image)

Thanks for popping over.

Have any of you purchased the new Simply Homemade Magazine with the free Molly Bloom Stamp Set?  I couldn't resist it mainly for the stamps.
I have used the cupcake and the bunting images  to make a birthday card for my Mum.
The images were coloured with Copics.. The sentiment is a Forever Friends Stamp

Alphabet Challenge - O is for Orange

This is a new challenge for me Alphabet Challenge and this week the theme is O is for Orange.
Not a colour that I would immediately think to use for a card but here goes.

I used the great Molly Bloom free stamp that came with Simply Cards and Papercraft which I just love and coloured with Promarkers. The papers are a mixture of Milton & Co and MME.  The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley stamp and the bunting is from Forever Friends Clear Spring Stamp set.  Of course there are stickles to add sparkle.

Hope you all have an enjoyable evening and I may be back tomorrow with more creations.
Bye for now.
