Winter Wonderland DT - Butterflies

Morning crafters....Happy Friday!  These weeks are whizzing by again! Friday already.......
I really can't get into crafting mode at the moment at all so apologies for not being around and visiting you all, I keep trying but it's just not happening at the moment :(




Now this weeks challenge at Winter Wonderland is
Butterflies
so you just need to add some butterflies on your creations, on patterned paper, image or you can use them as embellishments
It can be a non Christmas creation so hope you can join us.

We had the chance to use an image from Delicious Doodles for our DT makes......mine is ultra CAS but it was great to colour and made me think of Spring.

Winter Wonderland DT Pretty in Pink

I have to say this was a challenge for me as I am not a huge fan of pink...

Winter Wonderland DT - Glitter and Bling

Friday again and its time for another challenge at Winter Wonderland and its my turn to host it.   This week we want to see Christmas cards with Glitter and Bling.....a nice easy challenge for you.

For my card I have used an image from Meljens Designs called North Pole Critters

The image is coloured with Promarkers and Copics and I have added Stickles and adhesive gems.

Some Great News....

Happy Saturday!! Hope you have all had a good week.I have some great news.......
It was my intention to try and join a DT team in 2011. Well not long into the Year and the lovely team at  Winter Wonderland have chosen me to join them. I am very excited to be part of the team and am looking forward to working with them all.  So this is just a short post to share the news.  For those of you haven't taken part in any of their challenges before then here is a perfect chance to be prepared for Christmas as the challenges are all Christmas themed.(there is a break from now until February where you can use images other than Christmas) We would love to see you joining in.
Why not pop over and join in the fun this week where the challenge is to create a design using just Pink and Purple (except for hair, skin and fur).

Penguins or Polar Bears

What a great excuse to use the "Pile of Penguins" Stampavie stamp for this weeks challenge at Winter Wonderland where they want to see Penguins or Polar Bears.

The image is coloured with Copics and highlighted with Sakura gel glitter pen.
The paper is from Coredinations and the edge is punched with MS scallop dot punch.
The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.
