Penny Black Challenge #110

Anything but a Card is the challenge over at Penny Black this week.
For my entry I have made a Mini Pizza Box using the tutorial over at Splitcoast Stampers.  The finished box is 4" x 1".
The box is made fron pink cardstock.
I have used an image from Betsy Bluebell Transparent Penny Black Stamps and coloured with Copic pens.  I have decoupaged the balloons and used glossy accents to highlight them.
Background gingham pearlescent paper is from my stash. 
Card candy from Craftwork Cards and the ribbon is from Dovecraft.

I am also going to enter this is the Basic Grey challenge which is Gingham.

Really enjoyed making this box.

Just Cute Bears Challenge #25

I have managed to make quite a few cards over the weekend..........I didn't however get any work done as I thought I would.......I'm sure I will regret this as the week goes on.

LOTV Challenge 57 - Sketch

I am determined to keep using up some of the things that |I have had for a while and not put to good use.
LOTV have some great designs and I have used a number of their toppers for the last few years.
Best Friends - Story Time is the topper that I have used to create my card for the sketch challenge they have this week.

I have used DCWV backing paper and embossed the white card using a Sizzix dot embossing folder.

The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.

A Couple More Cards........

Well I managed to sneak in some more card making this afternoon........as I guessed nothing much got done on the work front......oh well lets see what tomorrow brings.

Just Cute Bears Challenge #24

Another week has flown by............
So what have you all got planned for the weekend, something better than me hopefully.  Work is so busy at the moment that I really need to do some work but we will see how much I actually manage to achieve.  All I can say is that the good intention is there at least.
I have just managed to make a card this morning for the Decoupage Challenge over at Just Cute Bears so its not all work and no play!!!!

A Couple more Quick Cards

I made these yesterday too and not a stamp in sight.  I think its hard sometimes to make cards using different techniques so thought I would try and make some quick cards using some of the embellishments etc that I have.

I never thought I would enjoy stamnping as much as I do but now virtually ever card has a stamnped and coloured image and sometimes they can be quite time consuming.
The following two cards have been made using Forever Friends stickers.
Backing papers are Forever Friends for Him and DCWV.

New Born to Shop Range

Today I have managed to spend most of the afternoon making cards!  It seems like ages since I spent an afternoon crafting.  I visted The Range this morning and picked up the latest copy of Creativity magazine.  I love the new Born to Shop products and had to indulge in some of the transfer stickers and clear stamps.

Just Cute Bears Challenge #22 Monochrome

I made this card to fit in with the challenge over at Just Cute Bears this week where they want cards that are Monochrome.
The stamp is from Daisy & Dandelion. 
The embossed background done with my embossing folders and Cuttlebug. 
The flowers and ribbon are from my stash.

Catch up and a Couple of Cards

I can't believe it is pretty much 4 weeks since I posted anything on my blog!! So what have I been up to? For anyone who has missed me the last two weeks Mike and I have been on holiday in Wales.  We had a very enjoyable break with good weather and a great place to spend two weeks. If anyone would like to see what we got up to then you can visit  Mikes Blog.
The two weeks leading up to the holiday I was busy at work and didn't get round to posting anything on here.
I have a couple of cards to share that i made a few weeks ago.
I have had a bit of a catch up with everyones blogs and you all seem like you have been keeping yourselves busy with some great creations.

I made this card after making the heart shaped easel card as I thought it was just a little bit different.

I used My Minds Eye and DCWV background papers and card candy from Craftwork Cards. The Cup cake template was from Anna Marie Designs



The other card was made using a Bugaboo Digi Stamp image coloured with Copics. The background paper is DCWV and Coredinations.  Card candy from Craftwork Cards.
