April Challenge at Spectrum Noir

Morning to you all,

Hope you are all well.....it's Friday again and more than half way through April! Blimey how did that happen!

When I saw the new stamps from Stamping Bella they were just too cute not to add a few to my shopping basket....  I have made it for the April challenge over at Spectrum Noir where you need to use Die Cuts...what could be easier.  You can use any image but just make sure you colour it with one of the Spectrum Noir colouring mediums.

This one is stamped onto Crafters Companion watercolour cardstock and has been coloured with Spectrum Aqua pens.

Happy Easter...

We will be seeing my Mum and Dad today...looking forward to spending the day together.

Spring Bouquet

Morning folks,

Hope you are all doing ok.

I have a card to share today that I made for the Stampendous and Spectrum Noir collaboration....  

I stamped the image onto Crafters Companion card and embossed with Silver Tinsel embossing powder from the Silver encrusted jewel kit...another fab product from Stampendous.
The image is called Blossom Bunched and I just used Spectrum Aquas, Aquamarine and Teal to colour it.

Happy Mothers Day...

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mums out there.....extra special wishes to my Mum today especially after the last week.  Looking forward to seeing you today :)

It will no doubt be a difficult day for some who will be missing their Mums on this especial day so big hugs to you all too and a joyful day to those who are celebrating being a Mum for the first time.  An emotional day all round!

The card I am sharing is again coloured with Spectrum Aquas.....all my other colouring mediums are gathering dust at the moment...I'm sure it will be their turn again one day but for now these are my favourite.

Playtime

Morning to you all,
Hope your week is going well.

Today I have a card to share with you that I coloured with Spectrum Aquas and added some detail with Spectrum Noir pencils
Stamp called Playtime -available from  Crafters Companion

Adding detail with pencil .....used this tutorial as inspiration....which is done with pens and pencils but you can get a similar effect   here
The image is stamped onto Crafters Companion water colour card with Staz on ink.

Colours - Begonia, spice, slate, tan, fawn, kingfisher, chocolate, peach and pencils 87 & 79

Happy Birthday Mum

Happy friday to you all...... and a Very Happy Birthday to you Mum!   Hope you have a lovely day.

I am so glad it's Friday this week as it certainly has been a week for me and not really in a good way but hey ho we have to soldier on :)

I made this card for the challenge using a LOTV image

This card make me think of Spring.....I think it is definitely on it's way :)
