Ready Teddy Go Challenge - How Many Fingers
I sound like a broken record but where does the time keep going to? The 1st of September and as far as I am concerned work wise probably the worst two weeks of the year are about to start. School catering at the beginning of the term is not pleasant but as the time is flying by I am hoping the next two weeks past me by very quickly!!! lol.
Well thats enough of my moaning. I am here to tell you about the new challenge at Ready Teddy Go this month which is called
How Many Fingers - now this had the DT baffled for a while until our lovely Julie Ann explained to us what she had in mind when choosing the theme. Here is what she said
have you ever heard a kiddie say that they are like 3 fingers . . . meaning that they are 3 years old . . .
We just want cards for a youngster or oldster for that matter with a number on the card . . . simples : )
Remember you just have to have a Teddy Bear as the main image and you can enter up to four times.
This month we are sponsored by Lili of the Valley with a £10 voucher :)
So for my card I have used the incredibly cute Fizzy Moon
He is coloured with Polychromo and Prisma pencils and Promarkers.
I have added Liquid Pearls and stickles to the star and Liquid Pearls along the bottom of the card.
The 1 today is from Ladybug Crafts Ink
Paper - Papermania
I hope you can join us for the challenge and don't forget to pop over to the challenge blog to see what the DT have come up with.
Have a good weekend.
Thanks for popping over.

5 Months til Christmas Fun Blog Hop and some Candy
Wow thats sounds quite a scary thought that we are only 5 months away from Christmas!!
I can't believe how quick this year is going..........
Hopefully I will have a few Christmas Cards ready for the big day. Here is a fun little blog hope for you take part in and hopefully you will feel inspired to make some Christmas Cards.
Our little group has grown to 9 this month so hope you enjoy the hopping to visit us all.....I am first on the list this time :) We all have two cards to share, one using a colouring medium and the other using some sort of die cuts.
This month I have a cute card made with a Humphreys Corner image called Christmas Wishes which is coloured with Polychromo and Prisma pencils blended with Sansador
Paper is Bo Bunny and the sentiment came with the image.
I have added stickles to the image for a bit of snowy sparkle.
The second card is using the Doodlecharms Cricut Cartridge.
I cut the reindeer at 4.5" on the Blackout setting and then cut another 5" image to go behind it. I have added glossy accents to the nose and used card candi for the eyes.
The Rudolph sentiment is from another Humphreys collection stamp set.
The twine is from Ladybug Crafts Ink.
Hope you like them....so next you need to hop over to see the lovely Tara
Here is the "5 Months Till Chrismas Blog Hop" in case you get lost.

Mid Way Reminder - Ready Teddy Go
I am back today with a mid way reminder for our
UP Up and Away Challenge
would like to see your creations featuring something which flies but remember also that the main image MUST be a bear . . . so it could be a bear flying a kite, or in a plane, or in a hot air balloon . . . you get the idea.
UP Up and Away Challenge
would like to see your creations featuring something which flies but remember also that the main image MUST be a bear . . . so it could be a bear flying a kite, or in a plane, or in a hot air balloon . . . you get the idea.
It can be for any occasion, any sentiment and also it doesn't have to be a card, it could be a tag, an ATC, a box, a picture frame anything as long as it features a bear and it is based on paper-crafting.
Our sponsor this month is the wonderful Shabana from Meiflower with a Goody Bag
Hop over to the challenge blog for more inspiration from the Design Team who have done a great job again.
For my card I used a Teddy Bea stamp that was free recently with a craft magazine. A clean and simple design again from me.
I love the effect of the card when you just stamp directly onto the card base and colour with pencils.
I used the balloon stamp from Magnum add on set from Ladybug Crafts Ink and again coloured with pencils and then glazed with Glossy Accents.
Sentiment is from Forever Friends.
I would like to enter this into the Less is More challenge - Single layer and 3. I have used 3 stamps and there are 3 balloons.

Just to Say
This is another image that I managed to colour while I was on holiday. I love Humphreys Corner he is just soooo cute. I bought the stamp from Crafters Companion
The image was coloured with my pencils....just for a change :)
The sentiment came with the image
Paper from stash
Buttons - Fizzy Moon
E K Success Border punch.
Hope you are having a good weekend so far.....very dull again here today but no rain so far. We did have a lot of rain last night, I think the heaviest we have had during the whole of this rainy period.
I will try and catch up with my commenting so sorry if I havent been to visit you.
Have a good day and I will be back tomorrow with a Mid Way reminder for Ready Teddy Go.

Winter Wonderland DT - Sentiment as the Main Image
This is a very late post with my DT card for Winter Wonderland so
For my card I used a sentiment and papers from Echo Park Christmas kit. I added seed beeds and glitter to the holly and finished off with an organza bow.
Short and sweet from me today.
Hope you are all ok.
Catch up with you all soon.
